CT Technologist – Acute Care
Location: Greeley, CO
Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM | No call requirement
Contract Duration: 13 weeks

About the Role
The facility is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computed tomography imaging exams in an acute care setting. You'll operate CT equipment, prepare and administer contrast media, and ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging while maintaining strict radiation safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT exams per physician orders with accurate positioning and image quality
- Prepare patients and administer contrast media; monitor for adverse reactions
- Review patient history and screen for contraindications (allergies, renal function, pregnancy)
- Operate and maintain CT equipment; troubleshoot technical issues as needed
- Follow ALARA radiation safety principles
- Document exams accurately in RIS/PACS systems
- Collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians on diagnostic quality
Requirements
- ARRT Radiography (R) certification required
- ARRT CT certification (ARRT-CT) required
- State radiologic technology license (as applicable)
- BLS certification
- 2+ years of CT experience
- IV certification and venipuncture skills
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
This is a straightforward acute care CT role with day shift hours and no on-call obligations.
