PCU RN — Day Shift
Position Overview
Schedule & Requirements
- Shift: 4×12 day hours (36–48 hours/week)
- Weekend rotations required
- No on-call
- Float to other units as needed to support facility staffing
- Block scheduling: Limited to 3–4 consecutive shifts maximum
- Holiday coverage expected
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year RN experience (IV start experience required)
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Strong knowledge of dysrhythmia interpretation and management
- Charting system experience required
- First-time travelers welcome
- Local candidates within 45-mile radius welcome
- Current, unencumbered RN license required (pending licenses not accepted)
What to Know
- Any time-off requests must be approved and documented before your assignment begins; keep RTO minimal, especially in the first two weeks
- Scrubs in any color are acceptable
- Free parking
- Expect to complete a background check and drug screen (13-panel) within 30 days of hire
