Emergency Department RN – 13-Week Contract
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a 13-week day shift assignment. This is an ideal role for nurses looking to expand their travel experience in a fast-paced acute care setting.
Shift & Schedule
- Days: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Weekends: 6 per 6-week cycle (required)
- Block scheduling is approved but not required
- No call required; no float between units
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (hard stop requirement)
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
- Community hospital experience required
- Compact state license required at submission
Clinical Environment
Uniform
Solid navy blue uniforms or scrub attire (no print tops).
Parking
Free parking available in unrestricted surface lots.
Contract Details
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start: November 2, 2026
- Orientation: 36 hours
- You must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
