Radiologic Technologist – X-Ray & CT

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to float between X-Ray and CT units, performing diagnostic imaging on patients of all ages. This is a 13-week day shift contract working 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM). No on-call required.

Requirements

• Current ARRT (CT) and ARRT (R) certifications
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Radiologic Technologist
• Minimum 1 year experience as a CT technologist
• Graduate of an accredited Radiography program or equivalent
• Valid state license or certification at time of submission

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Perform imaging exams across multiple protocols: chest, abdomen, pelvis, head, extremities, cardiac, vascular, and trauma studies with and without contrast
• Administer contrast media and perform venipuncture as needed
• Work with various patient populations: pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric
• Adapt imaging techniques to patient acuity and clinical needs
• Maintain radiation safety and isolation precautions

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Health Sciences or related field
• Venipuncture experience

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and carry 40–50 lbs regularly
