CT Technologist – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a CT Technologist for night shift coverage in a high-acuity setting. You'll work 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), Friday through Sunday, for a 13-week contract beginning November 9, 2026.

Requirements

• Current BLS and ARRT CT certification
• Minimum 1 year CT experience (first-time travelers welcome)
• Proficiency with PACS and contrast administration
• Experience across all patient populations: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Clinical exposure to outpatient, inpatient, ED, and ICU settings required
• NICU and PICU experience preferred
• Active state license at time of application
• Valid driver's license

Clinical Scope

You'll perform CT imaging across a broad range of protocols and procedures, including abdominal, thoracic, cervical, lumbar, and pelvis imaging with and without contrast. Additional responsibilities include contrast administration, IV starts, biopsies, and drainage procedures. The facility operates as a comprehensive stroke center and cardiac center, providing exposure to acute care imaging across multiple specialties.

Expectations

• On-call requirement: 2 shifts per month as needed
• Floating between facility campuses as needed
• Mandatory compliance EKG exam (2 attempts allowed)
• Orientation: 40 hours, plus unit-based modules (2–4 hours average)
