Med/Surg Telemetry | Needham, MA | 8-Week Contract

The facility is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry nurse for a short-term winter staffing need. This role involves rotating 12-hour shifts covering both days and nights.

Shift Details

• 12-hour rotating shifts: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM and 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Three shifts per week (3 × 12s)
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Contract Details

• Duration: 8 weeks
• Estimated start: January 4, 2027
• No float requirement
• Only 3 days of time off will be approved during the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• BLS (American Heart Association) required
• ACLS required

This is a straightforward telemetry/med-surg role suited for a clinician comfortable managing a general acute care patient population with cardiac monitoring. Strong clinical fundamentals and the ability to adapt between day and night shifts are essential for success in this position.
