Dialysis RN
Position Overview
The facility's dialysis unit is seeking an experienced Dialysis RN to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. You'll manage hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and plasmapheresis treatments for patients with end-stage renal disease and acute kidney injuries, working alongside a collaborative team of 6–7 nurses and physician specialists.
Shift & Schedule
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Days: Monday–Saturday dayshift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Flexibility: Combine 8-hour and 12-hour shifts to meet weekly requirement
- Saturday Coverage: Required every week
- Holidays: Rotated among staff (Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day)
- Orientation: 3 shifts
- No call or standby requirement
Requirements
- BLS (AHA) certification
- Dialysis experience (required)
- Peritoneal dialysis experience (required)
- Plasmapheresis experience (required)
- Experience with adult and pediatric patients a plus
What You'll Do
Perform hemodialysis treatments, manage patient care during treatment sessions, monitor vital signs and lab values, and maintain accurate charting. Work as a first-to-float nurse as needed.

- Dress code: Royal blue and white scrubs
- No medical assistants or CNAs on unit
- Contract: 13 weeks
