Ultrasound Technologist | Lodi, CA | 13-Week Contract
This outpatient/diagnostic imaging role is a great fit for an experienced sonographer comfortable with a high-volume, diverse scan mix in a community setting.
Schedule
- 4 x 10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- One day per week includes a 3-hour on-call window (5:30 PM – 8:30 PM)
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
Clinical Scope
The imaging department handles a broad range of ultrasound studies with a strong emphasis on women's imaging. You'll be expected to perform:
- Breast, pelvic, and OB/anatomy scans (high volume)
- DVT and upper/lower extremity vascular studies
- Renal artery, carotid, and abdominal/pelvis studies
You will also assist with supervising and mentoring ultrasound staff as needed, and will be responsible for summarizing and presenting images and measurements to physicians.
Required Certifications & Credentials
- ARDMS certification in Abdomen (AB), OB, or Vascular (RVT); or CCI-RVS; or ARRT-Sonography (S) or Vascular Sonography (VS)
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of recent sonography experience
- Experience with electronic health record documentation is required
