This Telemetry RN position is based in Simi Valley, CA — a suburban community in Ventura County, conveniently close to Los Angeles and the Southern California coast.

Shift & Schedule

• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 guaranteed hours)
• Holiday RTO will not be approved

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start date: October 12, 2026

Unit Overview

This Telemetry unit delivers coordinated nursing care across a range of cardiac and medical-surgical patients. RNs are responsible for patient assessment, care planning, implementing evidence-based interventions, and evaluating patient progress. The role includes supervising and directing ancillary nursing staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and participating in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.

Required Certifications & Licensure

• Active RN license in California
• BLS (from an approved vendor)
• ACLS
• PALS
• NIH Stroke Scale certification

Experience & Education

• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience required
• BSN preferred
• Charting system experience required

Additional Notes

• Candidates must be comfortable floating as needed
• Auto-offer position
