Medical-Surgical RN – Night Shift | Concord, NH

Contract: 13 weeks | Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3x/week) | Guaranteed Hours: 36/week

This Med-Surg night shift role is well-suited for experienced RNs who thrive in a fast-paced inpatient environment. Critical Care RNs with comfort managing med-surg acuity and patient ratios are also encouraged to apply.

Clinical Scope

• Inpatient medical-surgical unit with telemetry monitoring
• Moderate-to-high acuity patient population
• Float requirement: travel to affiliated facilities in the Laconia and Franklin areas may be requested

Schedule & Contract Details

• 12-hour night shifts, three per week
• 36-hour weekly guarantee
• 13-week contract with a start date of October 12, 2026

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1–2 years of Med-Surg experience required
• Critical Care RNs must demonstrate fluency with med-surg patient ratios and acuity levels
• Up-to-date resume documenting 2+ years of nursing experience and travel history
• Completed specialty-specific skills checklist
• Valid driver's license with address matching demographics on file
• NURSYS report with all active RN licenses
• Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at time of application

Preferred

• Prior experience with electronic health record documentation
