Emergency Department RN — Night Shift

Position Overview

Join the Emergency Department as a Registered Nurse working 3 x 12-hour night shifts (7 PM–7 AM). This is a 13-week contract assignment in a fast-paced ED that treats all patient types and acuity levels.

Clinical Scope

The ED manages critical care skills including medication titrations, arterial line management, mass transfusion protocols, and chest tube care. You'll coordinate care for diverse patient populations—urgent care, pediatric, psychiatric, and critical care/trauma—ensuring safety and quality outcomes for patients with complex nursing needs.

Requirements

• Current RN license (state/district)
• Minimum 3 years of ER experience
• BLS & ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• TNCC certification
• NIHSS certification
• CPI (NCI with Advanced Physical Skills Training course)

Preferred

• BSN degree

Note

Candidates must be willing to relocate or live within 100 miles of the assignment area.
