Endoscopy Travel Position

Location: Asheville, NC

Shift: 06:30–18:30 (days)

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36/week

About the Role

Join a busy endoscopy unit performing a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. You'll work in a 4-procedure-room suite with 9 pre-op bays and 6 PACU bays, supporting a team of approximately 8 full-time staff during day shift.

Typical Procedures

EBUS, bronchoscopy, EGD, colonoscopy, EUS, ERCP, and ION procedures.

Floating Assignments

Main PACU, Phase II, Pre-Op, and OR (if you have prior OR experience).

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in-hospital endoscopy experience (required; non-negotiable)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Flexible scheduling (block scheduling not routinely accommodated for travelers)
• Pulmonary procedural experience preferred

Schedule & Call

• Day shift: 06:30–18:30
• 2 weekend 24-hour call shifts per 6-week cycle
• 1 night per week on call

Dress Code: Surgical scrubs provided
