Pharmacist

Inpatient Pharmacist — Zanesville, OH

This is a 13-week contract opportunity for a licensed Pharmacist to join an inpatient pharmacy team in Zanesville, Ohio.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week on rotating shifts
• Typical shift: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
• Must be available to cover evenings and weekends; weekend hours may vary based on staffing needs
• Facility may cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract period

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
• Minimum one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Demonstrated experience with pharmacokinetic dosing, specifically vancomycin
• Experience with warfarin management

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with inpatient pharmacy software preferred but not required

Clinical Scope

You'll work within an inpatient pharmacy setting, supporting clinical teams with medication management, pharmacokinetic dosing consultations, and anticoagulation monitoring. The role requires strong clinical judgment in a fast-paced hospital environment with varied patient populations.
