Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week contract on the night shift. You'll provide respiratory care across adult medical floors, the emergency department, and the intensive care unit in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: ASAP

Requirements

• Active RRT license in Georgia
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
• Minimum 2+ years of respiratory therapy experience
• Adult acute care experience required (no pediatrics)
• Experience in medical/surgical floors, emergency care, and ICU settings

Clinical Scope

You'll manage a diverse patient population with diagnoses including COPD, asthma, and COVID-19. Your day-to-day work involves ventilator management, non-invasive ventilation, airway care, and patient assessment. You'll be comfortable operating standard critical care equipment.
