Critical Care Nurse – Telemetry

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse for its telemetry unit. You'll work the night shift in a fast-paced environment managing high-acuity patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and respiratory support.

Shift & Contract Details

• Schedule: Nights, 3 × 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
• Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks with guaranteed hours
• Start Date: October 19, 2026

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months critical care experience
• Current AHA BLS certification
• GA or Compact License

Preferred Skills

• Strong ventilator management experience
• Tracheostomy and chest tube care
• Telemetry interpretation
• NIHSS certification
• Travel nursing experience

Unit Overview

This telemetry unit manages cardiac and post-acute patients requiring continuous monitoring and skilled nursing intervention. You'll be comfortable with mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and acute patient assessment in a collaborative critical care environment.
