Labor & Delivery RN – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a 20-week night shift assignment. You'll provide direct patient care in a busy L&D unit, supporting laboring patients through delivery and immediate postpartum care.
Shift & Schedule
- 12-hour nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekends and holidays as needed
- Guaranteed hours throughout the contract
- Contract duration: 20 weeks
- Start date: October 12, 2026
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years recent L&D experience
- Current RN license
- Active driver's license (required at submission)
- Must live within 100 miles of the facility
Required Certifications
- ACLS
- BLS
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Fetal Monitoring certification
STABLE certification is optional.
Clinical Role
You'll manage the full spectrum of labor and delivery care, including fetal monitoring, labor support, and delivery assistance. If L&D census is low, you may float to Mother Baby to provide newborn care.
