Interventional Radiology Technologist
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment. You'll work in a high-volume IR suite performing 25–30 procedures daily alongside an active clinical team.
Shift & Schedule
- 4 × 10-hour shifts per week
- 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Non-call (no on-call responsibilities)
- Weekends and holidays included
- Start date: ASAP
Clinical Scope
You'll support a wide range of interventional procedures including:
- Y-90 chemo embolizations
- Cerebral angiograms with thrombectomy and intervention
- Subarachnoid hemorrhage management
- TIPSS procedures
- Vascular access (all types)
- Percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography (PTC)
- UFE (uterine fibroid embolization)
- G-tube placements
- Renal and liver biopsies
- Additional vascular interventions
Requirements
- Current ARRT certification
- BLS certification
- 3–5 years of IR technologist experience
- Travel experience preferred
- MSP credentialing required by Wednesday prior to Monday start
