Outpatient Oncology RN — Ukiah, CA

Shift: 4 x 10s | 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Rotating days, no set weekly schedule

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

This outpatient oncology nursing role is based in a clinic setting, delivering coordinated care to oncology patients across the continuum. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team with significant autonomy and supervisory responsibility.

Clinical Scope

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff
• Prepare patients, rooms, and equipment for surgical procedures; assist physicians with minor surgery
• Provide patient and family education and health information
• Coordinate discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
• Collaborate with the full care team in a safe, patient-centered environment

Schedule Details

• Day shift, four 10-hour shifts per week (rotating days)
• No on-call required

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in California
• BLS certification (required)
• Oncology Nursing Certification (ONC/ONCC-CHIM) — required
• Minimum 2–3 years of recent oncology or relevant nursing experience
• Outpatient or clinic experience preferred
• BSN preferred

Note: This is a strictly outpatient role. No inpatient assignment.
