Position Overview

The facility is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its rehabilitation services team. You'll work in an outpatient and acute care setting, developing and delivering individualized treatment programs that help patients restore and improve physical, social, and mental function. This is a day shift role offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused healthcare environment.

About the Role

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy interventions using evidence-based protocols and techniques
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Develop and communicate discharge planning and care coordination to relevant parties
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Supervise assigned physical therapy assistants
• Work day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (or foreign equivalent if licensed after January 2016)
• Current Physical Therapy licensure in California
• Current BLS or CPR certification from an approved vendor
• Two years of recent physical therapy experience preferred

Contract Details

• 13-week contract
• Day shift schedule
• Start date: October 12, 2026
