ICU Registered Nurse — Night Shift | Clearlake, CA

This 13-week contract opportunity places an experienced ICU Registered Nurse in a fast-paced intensive care unit providing high-acuity patient care. The unit manages critically ill adult patients, requiring skilled clinical assessment, care planning, and intervention in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Shift Details

• Night shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM, 3×12s
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• No call required

Clinical Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement individualized care for ICU patients
• Deliver safe, efficient care consistent with unit standards and best practices
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain professional standards in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues

Required Qualifications

• Current California Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
• BLS certification (American Heart Association guidelines required)
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• Basic computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• CCRN certification encouraged
• Prior experience with electronic health record documentation
