CT Technologist – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a CT Technologist for a night shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM) assignment. You'll operate computed tomography equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissues used to diagnose medical conditions. This role also includes general radiography and fluoroscopy procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment and perform imaging procedures (radiography, fluoroscopy, CT studies)
- Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation
- Transfer images via PACS and teleradiology systems to appropriate locations
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients across all age groups
- Maintain accurate records, files, and billing documentation
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, calibration, and inventory management
Required Qualifications
- Current radiologic technologist license in California
- ARRT registration: R.T. (R)(CT) or R.T. (R)
- Advanced CT certification (preferred in CA)
- Current BLS certification
- Fluoroscopy license (required in CA)
- Venipuncture certification (required in CA if administering contrast)
- Minimum two years recent experience in radiologic technology
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred)
Contract Details
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Night shift, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
- Start date: September 28, 2026
