Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Position Overview

The facility seeks a Physical Therapist to join its outpatient therapy team in a community-focused setting. You'll plan and deliver individualized treatment programs designed to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental function while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions using established clinical protocols
• Establish individualized care and discharge plans; communicate outcomes to appropriate parties
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Supervise assigned therapy assistants
• Contribute to departmental quality standards and patient outcomes

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (or foreign equivalent)
• Current state Physical Therapy license
• Current BLS or CPR certification from an approved vendor
• Two years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Experience with the facility's electronic health record system

Shift & Schedule

• Days: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (4 × 10-hour shifts)
• No call, no weekends
• Outpatient setting
• 13-week contract
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
