CT Technologist – 13-Week Travel Contract

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join a high-volume, fast-paced imaging department. You'll perform 30–40+ scans per 12-hour shift in a busy primary stroke receiving center serving a mix of emergency department and outpatient patients across all age groups.

Shift & Schedule

• Day Shift: 3×12 hours (06:00–18:30)
• Night Shift: 3×12 hours (17:45–06:15)
• Variable schedule required; unit works to maintain consistent day, night, or graveyard rotation
• You must be flexible and open to all shift times — specific shift requests cannot be accommodated
• High demand for graveyard shifts
• Weekends may exceed every-other-weekend frequency to meet department needs
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Clinical Scope

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years CT technologist experience required
• Current ARRT (R), ARRT (CT), BLS, and CA CRT certifications
• Community hospital experience required
• Compact state license in hand at submission

Equipment

GE Lightspeed and Toshiba Aquilion 64-slice scanners.

Contract Details

• 13 weeks
• Start date: October 20, 2026
• No call-in; no floating between units
• Guaranteed hours (facility may call off once per two-week pay period)
