Position Overview

Join the Respiratory Services team for a 13-week contract providing respiratory therapy across adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care units.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Hours: 36 guaranteed per week
• Weekend Commitment: Varying weekends (minimum 4 per 6-week schedule)

Clinical Scope

You'll manage ventilation and respiratory support for a diverse patient population including post-operative, critically ill, pediatric, and neonatal patients. You'll work with a full range of therapeutic equipment and non-invasive devices in all critical care units and acute care floors.

Requirements

• Must Have:
• North Carolina Respiratory License
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Preferred:
• NRP certification

Unit Details

You'll be part of a collaborative respiratory services team supporting multiple clinical service lines. The unit handles varying acuity levels with patient ratios of 10–25. Float assignments across critical care units and floors are expected.

Dress Code

Medium gray/pewter scrubs
