Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehabilitation
Position Overview
The facility's outpatient rehabilitation department is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join the team in Cumming, GA. This is a full-time contract role with a 10-hour day schedule (8am–6pm, Monday–Friday).
Clinical Focus
You will manage a pelvic health patient caseload. Candidates must hold Herman & Wallace Level 1 Certification or APTA Pelvic Health Certification. Alternatively, if you have a strong orthopedic background with post-op, spine, lower extremity, and sports medicine experience, you may apply (new graduates are not considered for this role).
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in your specialty
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited physical therapy program
- Current Georgia PT License
- AHA BLS Certification
Schedule & Contract Terms
- 40 guaranteed hours weekly
- 89-week contract
- Monday–Friday; no weekend or on-call requirements
- Holiday commitment: You must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
