Telemetry RN | Night Shift | Bowling Green, KY

This 13-week contract (with potential for extension) places you on a busy Telemetry unit in Bowling Green, KY. The night shift runs 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with every-other-weekend scheduling required.

Unit Overview

The Telemetry unit manages a diverse cardiac and medical population, including cath recovery patients. Nurses perform or assist with chest tube insertions, bedside paracentesis, and thoracentesis. PCTs are available on both day and night shifts, with unit clerks supporting the day shift.

Float Requirements

Agency staff float first and may be assigned to Ortho/Med-Surg as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of telemetry experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Knowledge of chest tube management
• Dysrhythmia training/recognition

Shift & Schedule

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• 36 guaranteed hours per week

Dress Code

Any scrubs are acceptable except camouflage.
