Ultrasound Sonographer – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Sonographer for night shift work (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) in ultrasound and vascular ultrasound services. This is a 13-week contract with 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• RDMS (AB or OB) or RVT (VT or RVS) from CCI
• BLS certification
• Ability to perform both general ultrasound and vascular ultrasound

Preferred Experience

• Vascular, pediatric, general, procedural, or small parts ultrasound
• OR experience
• Familiarity with high-level disinfection protocols for intra-cavitary probes

Clinical Scope

You'll perform a broad range of studies including:

• Abdominal and obstetric ultrasound (first and second trimester, biophysical profiles)
• Vascular studies (venous and arterial Doppler, graft assessments, segmental pressure testing)
• Image-guided procedures (biopsies, thoracentesis, paracentesis)
• Testicular and NICU neuro imaging
• Intraoperative ultrasound

On-Call & Scheduling

Night shift coverage is managed via on-call rotation shared among seven sonographers. You'll be part of a collaborative team with day and weekend staff.
