Operating Room (OR) Circulator — Travel RN
San Antonio, TX | 4x10 Days | 13-Week Contract
This OR position supports a multi-room surgical suite performing a broad range of specialties in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The unit operates five ORs with a dedicated team of RNs and surgical techs.
Shift Details
- Schedule: 06:30–17:00, four 10-hour days
- Call rotation required: weeknights 11 PM–7 AM (minimum one night per week) and 1–2 rotating weekend call shifts per five-week schedule
Clinical Scope
The unit handles diverse surgical specialties, including orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, robotics, urology, vascular, cardiovascular, neuro, and thoracic procedures. Candidates with experience across multiple specialties are strongly preferred.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- OR circulator experience — required; candidates without this will not be considered
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability and willingness to fulfill call rotation as described
- Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented approach to patient care

- Scrubs: provided by the facility
- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
