Cath Lab Tech

Cardiac Cath Lab – Travel Tech/RN | Denton, TX

4 x 10-Hour Days | 07:00–17:00 | 13-Week Contract

The facility's Cardiac Cath Lab is seeking experienced Cath Lab Techs and RNs for a 13-week travel assignment. The procedural suite includes two cath labs, one EP lab, and one IR/Neuro lab, supporting a diverse range of diagnostic and interventional cases.

Clinical Scope

• Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations
• Electrophysiology procedures
• Interventional radiology and interventional neurology cases
• Advanced hemodynamic support including temporary pacemakers, intra-aortic balloon pumps, and percutaneous circulatory support devices
• Peripheral and neurovascular interventions

Must-Have Skills

• Cath Lab Techs: Hands-on scrubbing experience and ability to pan
• Cath Lab RNs: Experienced in circulating in a cath/EP environment
• Preferred: Electrophysiology, Interventional Radiology, or Interventional Neuro experience

Required Certifications

• Techs: RCIS, ARRT (R), ACLS
• RNs: Active RN license, ACLS

Schedule & Commitment

• 4 x 10-hour day shifts; approximately 12–15 working days per month
• Rotating after-hours and weekend call — expect approximately 50% call coverage per month
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Float potential to ED and discharge areas within scope of practice
