Registered Nurse

Emergency Room RN — Dallas, TX

13-Week Contract | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 36 Guaranteed Hours/Week

This Emergency Room travel position is based in Dallas, TX, and offers a fast-paced clinical environment caring for a diverse patient population with varying acuity levels, including pediatric emergency cases.

Schedule

• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
• Holidays as directed by unit manager
• No on-call requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience, including 2+ years in Emergency nursing
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• BLS, ACLS, PALS
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
• CPI certification

Preferred Experience

Floating

• Float to other units as needed per department policy

Dress Code

• Royal blue scrubs
• No artificial, gel, or next-generation nails
• Hair must be pulled back at or beyond shoulder length; neat and conservative styles only
• Visible piercings limited to ears; all others must be removed
• Tattoos should be covered when feasible
