Travel RN – Labor & Delivery | Arlington, TX | Nights

This night-shift Labor & Delivery opportunity is based in a dedicated women's facility and is ideal for experienced travel RNs comfortable managing high-risk obstetric patients in a fast-paced environment.

Shift & Schedule

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Tuesday start dates
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract
• On-call requirement: 1 shift every 4 weeks
• Holiday requirement: 2 major and 1 minor winter holiday

Unit Overview

The L&D unit provides comprehensive high-risk OB care, including management of magnesium drips, insulin drips, and continuous fetal monitoring. RNs may also circulate and scrub for operative deliveries. Float requirement exists within the women's service line (postpartum and antepartum).

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of travel RN experience in high-risk OB/L&D
• NRP (current)
• Intermediate fetal monitoring
• ACLS and BLS

Preferred Qualifications

• OB Emergency Department (OBED) experience
• High-risk, high-volume L&D background

Time-off requests must be pre-approved by the facility; any approved time off still requires three shifts worked during those weeks.
