ICU Travel Nurse — Night Shift | Ontario, OH

13-Week Contract | Nights 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (2×12)

This ICU position is seeking an experienced travel nurse comfortable managing complex, high-acuity patients in a fast-paced critical care environment. Prior travel experience is required — first-time travelers will not be considered.

Contract Details

• 13-week contract with a November 30, 2026 start
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 2×12-hour shifts
• Every-other-weekend (EOW) requirement
• Float required across three campuses as census demands
• On-call: must be able to return to the facility within one hour when called
• No time off approved for major holidays; all RTO must be submitted with application
• Missed shifts must be made up; coverage must be arranged if RTO falls on a required weekend

Clinical Skills Required

• Management of dysrhythmias
• Arterial line and central line management
• Titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips
• BiPAP/CPAP management
• Care of ventilated patients
• Endotracheal and nasotracheal suctioning
• Isolation precautions/PPE
• Medication scanning

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent, consecutive ICU experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• BLS and ACLS required
• Valid state license (no pending licenses accepted)
• COVID-19 and flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Two recent supervisory references required
