OR Scrub Tech – 12-Hour Rotation

About the Role

The facility's operating rooms perform a full spectrum of surgical services including general, gynecological, urological, orthopedic, neurological, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, bariatric, plastics, podiatry, robotic-assisted, pediatric, trauma, and spine procedures. You'll work as a scrub tech in a 24/7 surgical environment supporting these diverse specialties.

Schedule & Expectations

• Shift: 12-hour day/night rotation (7 AM and 7 PM start times)
• Pattern: 3 shifts per week, every third weekend as needed
• On-call: One call per schedule period
• Float: May float to other OR areas as needed
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: November 2, 2026

Requirements

• 2+ years inpatient OR experience (Level 1 trauma experience preferred)
• Scrub tech certification or equivalent hands-on scrub experience
• Competency in at least 5 of the surgical services listed above
• BLS certification required
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in neuro and vascular specialties
• Diverse scrub background beyond general, GYN, and GU cases
