OR RN Circulator & CST – Fort Worth, TX

Position Overview

The facility's surgical services unit is seeking an experienced OR RN Circulator and Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a 13-week contract assignment. You'll join a stable, experienced surgical team in a fast-paced operating room environment.

Schedule & Hours

• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 6–7 days per week, plus one weekend per month
• Choose between 3×12-hour or 4×10-hour shifts
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 4–5 on-call days per month; willingness to take trauma call required

Clinical Scope

The unit performs 4–5 surgical cases per team daily across multiple specialties:

• Orthopedic surgery (total joints, hip replacements, tibia/fibula, ankle, foot, midfoot procedures)
• Plastic surgery (breast reduction, expansions, reconstructions, robotic-assisted cases)
• Podiatry

Role Requirements

*RN Circulator:* Position patients, prep the surgical field, and monitor all equipment throughout procedures.

*CST:* Scrub in for ortho, plastic, and podiatry cases; assist with positioning and instrumentation.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (Circulator) or CST certification
• Minimum 3 years of surgical experience preferred
• Ability to float between surgical hospital and affiliated campus as needed
• Positive, collaborative attitude; willingness to support a trauma call rotation
