Emergency Department RN — Night Shift | Conroe, TX

This is a night-shift travel RN opportunity in a fast-paced Emergency Department in Conroe, TX. The unit manages a broad range of acuity levels, providing care for both adult and pediatric emergency patients in a team-oriented environment.

Shift & Schedule

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour nights)
• Every other weekend required
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Contract Details

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: October 26, 2026

Clinical Scope

The ED team handles a wide variety of emergency presentations. Typical procedures include:

• IV placement and blood draws
• Cardiac monitoring
• Moderate sedation
• TNK administration
• Ventilator, BiPAP, and CPAP management

Ideal Candidate

• Strong emergency nursing skills with a compassionate, team-player mindset
• Ability to manage multiple patients simultaneously in a high-volume setting
• Pediatric and adult emergency experience preferred

Required Certifications

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• TNCC

Preferred Certifications

• ENPC
