Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in acute care and rehabilitation settings, with potential outpatient involvement. You'll work Monday–Friday mornings, providing direct patient care in a dynamic clinical environment.
Schedule & Location
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 5 days per week (40 hours)
- Location: Decatur, GA
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: November 23, 2026
Requirements
- Current Georgia State License with Dry Needling endorsement
- BLS certification (must be current)
- Minimum 1+ year experience in acute care and/or rehabilitation
- Outpatient experience is a plus

- Credentialing must be completed by the Wednesday before your start date
- Parking available on-site
- Dress code: Wine-colored attire
- This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with no known contract issues
