Emergency Department RN — Night Shift | Houston, TX

This is a night shift travel RN opportunity in an active Emergency Department in Houston, TX. The unit handles a full range of emergency presentations, with clinical scope that includes intubation, central line placement, and emergency response interventions across varying acuity levels.

Shift & Schedule

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Rotating weekends required
• No floating required

Contract Details

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: September 14, 2026

Required Certifications

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS or ENPC

Preferred Certifications

• TNCC

Required Skills

• Prior emergency department experience
• Strong emergency response skills

Dress Code

• Royal Blue scrubs

This unit is looking for a team-oriented, flexible clinician who is comfortable working in a fast-paced ED environment. Candidates must have hands-on emergency nursing experience; those with TNCC certification will be given priority consideration.
