Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical Telemetry | Laconia, NH

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3 shifts/week)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

About the Role

This Advanced Telemetry position is based on a Med-Surg Tele unit managing cardiac and medically complex patients requiring continuous monitoring. The unit handles vasoactive and cardiac drip management in a fast-paced inpatient environment.

Clinical Scope

• Administration of Cardizem and Insulin drips (hyperglycemia management)
• Phenobarbital administration on the telemetry unit
• High-acuity telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation

Requirements

• Advanced Telemetry experience required
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in specialty
• Active New Hampshire or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Full NURSYS license verification with all active RN licenses
• Skills checklist matching specialty required
• RTO must be submitted with application

Preferred

• Prior travel nursing experience (first-time travelers with strong clinical backgrounds considered)
• Experience with electronic medical records in an acute care setting
