MRI Technician – 13-Week Contract
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an MRI Technician for a 13-week assignment with possible extension. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced techs or first-time travelers ready to build their travel career.
Schedule & Duration
- Shift: 3x12-hour days (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend, or opt for a weekend warrior schedule (every 4th weekend with 5:00 PM – 6:30 AM call rotation during the week)
- Contract: 13 weeks, ASAP start
- Orientation: Every other Monday
Requirements
- Licenses & Certifications: ARRT MR, BLS, ACLS (American Heart Association)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year; first-time travelers welcome
- Clinical Skills: IV start capability, experience, cardiac MRI experience preferred
- Dress Code: Black, hunter green, or khaki scrubs
Clinical Scope
You'll perform MRI examinations in a busy imaging department, with emphasis on cardiac MRI protocols and IV administration for contrast studies.

- License verification and copies of all required certifications

Eligibility
- WV or Compact License required (pending accepted)
- Permanent address within 100 miles of the facility
- Minimum 2 years nursing/tech experience
