Cardiac Catheterization Lab – RN/RCIS
Location: Augusta, GA
Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Thursday (4×10)
Contract: 13 weeks
Start Date: October 19, 2026
About the Role
The facility's cardiac catheterization lab performs a high volume of diagnostic and interventional procedures. You'll work alongside experienced RNs and RCISs in a collaborative environment with strong team support and managerial backing.
Clinical Scope
- Procedures: Cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, IABP, Impella, temporary pacing, moderate sedation
- Patient population: Acute cardiac and vascular patients
- Staffing includes RNs, RCISs, unit secretaries, and technical support
Requirements
- RN or RCIS license (current and active)
- Minimum 2 years of cath lab or interventional experience
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Proficiency with standard cath lab equipment and documentation systems
- Ability to work days with occasional on-call coverage
What You'll Need
- Royal blue scrubs (RN) or grey/navy blue scrubs (RCIS) — provided as needed
- Flexibility to support unit needs as required
