Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced RN for a float pool position supporting stepdown care. You'll provide nursing care across multiple units, managing patients transitioning from acute to intermediate care settings.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including travel nursing experience
- BLS and/or ACLS certification (American Heart Association) as required by specialty
What to Expect
As a float pool nurse, you'll rotate across stepdown units, adapting to varied patient populations and clinical demands. You'll assess and monitor patients, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and support unit operations as needed. Schedule & Commitment
Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 13-week assignment. Flexibility and willingness to float are essential.
