Nuclear Medicine Technologist | Houston, TX
Contract: 13 weeks | Shift: 08:00–17:00 (some evenings and weekends required) | Guaranteed Hours: 36/week
A busy Nuclear Medicine Department in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment beginning June 2026.
The Unit
You'll work in an active nuclear medicine department performing a range of diagnostic imaging procedures for a diverse patient population. The department operates with a small, collaborative team where being adaptable and personable goes a long way.
Procedures Performed
- HIDA Scans
- Stress Tests
- Tumor Localization
Required Skills
- Proficiency with SPECT imaging systems
- Lab draws
Preferred Skills
- IV start experience
Required Certifications
- ARRT (N) or CNMT
Shift & Schedule Details
- Primary hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Some evening and weekend availability required
Dress Code
- Hunter Green scrubs

This department is looking for someone with an upbeat, team-oriented personality who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced diagnostic environment. Candidates without SPECT imaging experience and lab draw skills will not be considered.
