Travel RN – Medical/Surgical (Spine Unit)

Englewood, CO | Night Shift | 13-Week Contract

This night shift Med/Surg travel opportunity is based on a spine-focused unit providing post-operative care for burn and flap patients, including complex wound and dressing care. The unit cares for a mixed surgical population requiring attentive, hands-on nursing in a collaborative team environment.

Shift & Schedule

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Start date: October 5, 2026

Clinical Scope

• Post-op wound and dressing care for burn and flap patients
• Management of patients requiring Hoyer lifts, wound VACs, and PCA pumps
• Collaborative care model alongside charge nurses, LPNs, and PCTs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
• Active RN license (Colorado or compact)
• BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Burn care experience
• Wound care and ostomy care experience
• ACLS certification
