Emergency Department RN – Nights

The Opportunity

Join the Emergency Department at the facility's specialized geriatric ED — the area's first ACEP-accredited program focused on high-quality emergency care for older adults. You'll work alongside experienced, collaborative clinicians in a high-acuity environment delivering comprehensive emergency services.

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour nights: Rotating 3p–3a and 7p–7a shifts
• 36 hours per week (3 x 12s)
• One weekend shift per contracted week (or two shifts every other weekend)
• At least one holiday required per contract
• Blocked scheduling available (rotating or fixed Thurs/Fri/Sat, Fri/Sat/Sun, or Sat/Sun/Mon)
• On-call encouraged but not required (optional 2 hours/week average; pick up in 4, 8, 12, or 16-hour blocks between 7p–7a)

Requirements

• Active NY RN license
• 2 years recent nursing experience
• 2 years U.S. work history (for international candidates)
• NIH and AHA BLS certifications
• Reside more than 50 miles from the facility

• Duration: 16 weeks (112 guaranteed hours)
