Respiratory Therapist – Adult Acute Care
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join its acute care teams across the ICU, progressive care unit, emergency department, and medical/surgical floors. You'll provide respiratory care to adult patients across all acuity levels in a fast-paced environment.
Shift & Schedule
- Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekends: Every other weekend (no block scheduling)
- Holidays: As needed
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 91 weeks
Requirements
- NBRC Certification
- New York State Respiratory Therapist License
- ACLS and BLS Certifications
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience (U.S. work experience required for international candidates)
Location
Rochester, New York. Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
