Join a high-volume emergency department serving over 100,000 visits annually.This role requires flexibility to float across all ED sections and a commitment to every other weekend.
What You'll Need
- Experience: 2+ years as a registered nurse; minimum 1 year in an emergency department setting
- Certifications required before start date:
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS
- ENPC required within 90 days of hire
- Skills: Teamwork mentality, real-time communication and coaching ability, flexibility across ED units, strong patient advocacy
What You'll Do
Deliver evidence-based emergency care using AIDET principles. You'll support patients and families through their ED experience, collaborate with a tech-supported team (including monitoring techs and unit clerks), and maintain clear, respectful communication throughout each visit.
