Emergency Department RN — Night Shift | Tomball, TX
This 13-week contract places you in an Emergency Department on a night shift schedule (18:00–06:00), with 36 guaranteed hours per week. The role includes float coverage to affiliated ED locations in the surrounding area.
Shift & Schedule
- Night shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 36 guaranteed hours/week
- 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
Clinical Scope
The ED manages a range of acute presentations requiring rapid assessment and intervention. Daily procedures include:
- , assessment, and reassessment
- IV placement and lab draws (facility-specific lab training provided)
- EKG acquisition
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of ED experience (required)
- Active RN license
- ACLS, BLS, TNCC, ENPC, PAL, CPI/NCI — all required
Preferred Skills
- ENPC certification (preferred; candidates with this will be prioritized)

- Scrubs: Royal Blue
- Float: May rotate between affiliated ED locations
- Contract length: 13 weeks (start date late September 2026)
