Night Shift Behavioral Health Clinician – Acute Adolescent Unit
Position Overview
Join the acute behavioral health team for a 13-week contract working nights with a guaranteed schedule.
Shift & Schedule
- Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts
- Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (weekend availability required)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 12, 2026
Clinical Environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and behavioral health interventions
- Utilize paper charting and HCS for order entry
- Manage medications via Omnicell system
- Support a collaborative care team
Requirements
- Current behavioral health licensure or certification as required by state
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Flexibility for unit float assignments
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
What to Expect
This is a hands-on role in an acute setting. You'll work independently and as part of a team, managing the complex needs of adolescent patients in crisis or acute behavioral episodes.
