Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Night Shift Nurse
Assignment Details
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 4 days per week (12-hour nights)
- Schedule: Every other weekend; no call duties
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 48 per week
- Start Date: October 11, 2026
About the Role
You'll join the progressive care unit at the facility, delivering skilled nursing care to patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring and intervention. The PCU bridges acute and step-down care, making it ideal for nurses who enjoy dynamic patient populations and a blend of clinical acuity.
Required Credentials & Licenses
- Current RN license (verification required)
- Nursys registration
Onboarding Requirements
Standard facility onboarding includes clinical competency assessments (EKG exam, core competencies checklist), health screening (vaccinations, TB testing, drug screen, fit test), background check, and system training. Details will be provided upon acceptance.
