Emergency Department Nurse
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (nights)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 48 per week

About the Role
The facility's Emergency Department is seeking a compassionate, skilled RN to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. This unit sees a higher volume of behavioral health patients and requires nurses who can think critically, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition changes to the healthcare team
- Coordinate care across all disciplines to ensure continuity and quality outcomes
- Execute physician and nursing orders promptly and accurately
- Assess discharge planning needs and collaborate with team members on safe transitions
What We're Looking For
- Current RN license (verification required)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-moving environment
- Comfort working with minimal supervision
- Experience or willingness to care for patients with behavioral health needs
Uniform: Ceil blue scrubs
Required Certifications & Testing: Current nursing license; completion of facility onboarding requirements including skills validation, health screening, and background check.
